The bus staff also forgot to wake me up when I returned to Hanoi, because they thought there was no one else on the bus :)) Overall experience is okay, more expensive but quite clean and comfortable, mostly Western guests, few Vietnamese guests

Excellent. The tour operator has shuttle buses to many locations, a clean private waiting room, free snacks, fruit juices, and wifi. The driver is polite and courteous. The only small minus point is that the restroom is not clean and convenient (lack of toilet paper and hand washing lids).
