The driver was enthusiastic, picked up and dropped off on time, provided full information, it seemed like a new car that ran smoothly and without any bumps, and was clean. The road from Hanoi to Mai Chau had many mountain passes and curves, but the driver drove very calmly and seemed to be very familiar with the route. I didn't get carsick at all. I think this was a good choice! Thank you, kind driver!

What I didn’t enjoy was the road itself — winding, busy, and quite exhausting. The driver often had to overtake other vehicles, sometimes in ways that didn’t feel entirely safe. To be fair, I think this was more about the road than the driver. This stretch is genuinely challenging, stressful, and requires a lot of focus. Just something to be prepared for.

The new bus company was very dedicated and meticulous. The bus was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The driver was very friendly and drove safely, maintaining a moderate speed so I didn't get motion sickness. The rest stops were also uncrowded, allowing for ample rest time, and were clean. Overall, I was very satisfied with this trip.
