The two elderly people were talking very loudly, so loudly that I even dreamt about their conversation. So, if the staff member receives a complaint, please don't deduct their salary. The service is very good, the customer service staff is very friendly and enthusiastic, the car runs on the highway so it takes only 4 hours from Vinh to Hanoi, the bumpy car is due to the road everyone.

The bus company's service process is very good, with very few areas needing improvement. However, it would be better if the company changed its tissue paper supplier, as the tissues have a slightly strange smell. Otherwise, I've witnessed many changes in the bus company over the past two months: drivers and bus assistants are increasingly friendly, the service process is clear and efficient, and they've resolved the transfer bottleneck in Hanoi by assigning specific zones to each bus.
