I often ride Mai Linh. I like the politeness the most. Both driver and passenger speak softly. Good vehicle quality. 5 stars deserved. I have been riding Mai Linh for 2 years now and have no complaints.

I arrived an hour before the bus departed, but after walking for over an hour they finally called me and found me. After being stuck in traffic for an hour, the driver still drove slowly, not in a hurry, not "stirring up" and accompanied the announcement to the passengers on the bus about the trip being delayed and apologized to everyone (5 stars).
