The female receptionists were lovely. The male staff at the university office were cheerful, caring, and enthusiastic. During my trip, there were two elderly families talking quite loudly. The two elderly people were talking very loudly, so loudly that I even dreamt about their conversation. So, if the staff member receives a complaint, please don't deduct their salary. Oh, and the lovely female receptionists even changed my single room to a double room and added a note saying (I'm alone) in love. Reading some negative comments made me a bit confused, but after taking the Da Nang-Pleiku trip on April 29, 2023 at 9:00 p.m. by regular car, I have the following reviews: - The 2 drivers were extremely friendly and arranged seats. 1 seat for each person - The bus assistant is stupid, probably on the same frequency so whatever he says will make him laugh - The bus leaves on time, there is a telegraph notification before the departure time, good service attitude. - Normal facilities, because I booked a regular car, I don't ask for anything more. But it looks pretty good, I stopped to go to the bathroom.
