The assistant in the car is nice and friendly, but the bus company should clearly tell the customer how to get to the parking area. The driver and the bus conductor were lovely. I was stuck in traffic but they still tried to wait so I wouldn't miss the trip. They were very gentle and polite. The car was clean, airy, and the blankets smelled good. I was very satisfied with this trip.
