The manager is friendly, and the three staff members take good care of foreign passengers. It has air conditioning and USB charging, and the bus stops frequently at rest areas. The restroom fee is 3,000 VND. There is a variety of snacks available. You just need to wait inside the bus terminal for departure, but due to delays, the journey takes about 9 hours. I am satisfied with the 480,000 VND bus.

The garage should install a curtain or plastic screen to separate the passenger from the driver, with shelters for both sides. In general, I am very sympathetic to this bus company, so if I go anywhere in Ha Long, I still choose to return to this bus company.
