Quite ok, got on the bus on time, left on time, gave each person a cold towel and a bottle of mineral water.

Honestly, I'd read the previous reviews and we were a little worried. But it was the best bus trip we've ever taken. The bus left and arrived on time, the drivers were friendly, the ride was okay (although still bumpy, but that's Vietnam for you ^^), and the seats were comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised.

Excellent bus and very safe driving. To make this a 5-star experience, I suggest the company implement a "no sound" policy for phones at night to respect those sleeping. It's a sleeper bus, so quiet is key! Also, please display the Wi-Fi password clearly inside the cabin for convenience. This trip back home was a bit rushed, so I just booked this bus at random. I was a little apprehensive at first because it was a new company, but surprisingly, the bus was comfortable, brand new, ran smoothly, and the driver was safe. I even fell asleep on the bus and arrived at my destination.

The driver and the bus conductor were lovely. I was stuck in traffic but they still tried to wait so I wouldn't miss the trip. They were very gentle and polite. The car was clean, airy, and the blankets smelled good. I was very satisfied with this trip.
