The bus was clean, although the sleeping berths were a bit small. The bus company was professional, and the price was 260k VND from Saigon to Da Lat. The travel time was exactly as scheduled. The driver was professional. The experience of booking through the Vexere app was also very good; when purchasing an additional ticket, a staff member on Zalo provided support within 10 minutes. It's definitely worth choosing Phuong Trang's service and booking through the Vexere app.

The drivers were cheerful and friendly. My mother accidentally spilled a glass of water on the bus but the drivers gently reminded her. You know, older people are not as quick as us. I apologized on behalf of my mother and thanked the Hiep Thanh bus drivers very much.

The car is very ok. I ordered a pick-up in person in District 1. However, if you want to pick up at your door, you must arrange to leave 1-1:30 minutes earlier than the appointment time on the app

This is my first time riding Kumho bus company. I feel 98% satisfied in many aspects, from price, facilities, service to time. Before booking the car, I read negative reviews left by customers. I wanted to see what it was really like so I tried it once. Maybe I'm lucky, I haven't encountered any bad things. However, the trip will be more complete if the driver is enthusiastic and responsible and does not talk too much on the phone or make noise during the first stretch of the road. I booked a car and went for the first time, the car was clean and comfortable, had a TV charging port, very private curtains. The staff had a good attitude, talked nicely, and was super clean. The price was reasonable.
