First time booking tickets on VEXERE and quite surprised when everything was arranged properly when boarding the bus. Everything was fine, right on time, right place, good driver and assistant, quite comfortable bed, filtered water available on the tray,... just a shame there was no place to charge the battery. But that's fine too!

First time booking a bus ticket online and even paying in advance but it didn't disappoint! Quy Thao bus station is the only bus (I've ever been on it) where the drivers talk politely and don't use profanity. This alone is a 5 star rating. The driver also drank Pepsi and was very cute, not smoking like other cars. Pick up and pay at the correct point. Be able to lie on the correct bed. Overall 10 points.

I was quite nervous when I read many comments saying the bus was late, but the bus arrived 10 minutes earlier, so it probably depends on the bus and fate. The vehicle is fully equipped with water, towels, cakes, blankets, and pillows. The bed is quite comfortable if sleeping for 1 person. Even though my lover and I are both 7-8 feet tall, quite thin, we still feel a bit tired lying down. I think this trip is ok, I still have to wait for the return trip. Regarding payment, I think I should choose online payment to get a discount, because I choose to pay when getting on the bus but in the end I still have to transfer money in advance to deposit a seat. Generally satisfied.

This bus ride is really comfortable. There are privacy curtains, places to charge phones, room lights and TVs, and very comfortable beds and pillows. In particular, the driver and assistant driver looked quite young but were very polite and drove very smoothly. All in all a comfortable trip. I will continue to book this trip

According to my friend's opinion, the trip was quite good. This time my friend got to ride a limousine so it was quite private, unlike the first time I went for 450k but had to take a regular car. Thank you for the app and the bus company for a safe trip.

Additional comments: Passengers should be fed on time, instead of feeding passengers from 4:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. at night. Everything else is good 👍

I see everyone's reviews are too bad, but it was my first time going and everything was okay and the guys were happy, but the car facilities are old, so they should be refurbished.
