I only have 1 comment: the luggage compartment is quite dusty, my bag was very dirty, at around 12pm the car went a little too fast, but the driver and assistant were very dedicated and friendly. During my trip, the car had a flat tire. Luckily, the guys stopped at the gas station and changed the tire quite quickly. I hope the garage fixes the dust-free trunk for better service quality. The bus ran relatively on time, with a shuttle service at the Phuong Trang company office as per the booked ticket, transferring passengers to the specific address in Da Lat. The bus was clean, although the sleeping berths were a bit small. The bus company was professional, and the price was 260k VND from Saigon to Da Lat. The travel time was exactly as scheduled. The driver was professional. The experience of booking through the Vexere app was also very good; when purchasing an additional ticket, a staff member on Zalo provided support within 10 minutes. It's definitely worth choosing Phuong Trang's service and booking through the Vexere app.

I have taken Quoc Dat bus several times before but was very surprised because the day I went was a holiday but the quality of the trip was very good, on time, correct seat, clean, had wifi, the driver and the bus conductor were very pleasant to talk to. When I arrived, the bus company also supported a shuttle bus to my house. 10 points for the bus company, hope the bus company can maintain this quality. Thank you

The female receptionists were lovely. The male staff at the university office were cheerful, caring, and enthusiastic. During my trip, there were two elderly families talking quite loudly. When a staff member reminded them to be quiet, the two elderly people scolded her. If they had given a bad review, I would have responded in kind. The staff member's reminder was very accurate. The two elderly people were talking very loudly, so loudly that I even dreamt about their conversation. So, if the staff member receives a complaint, please don't deduct their salary. If they do, please tell them to contact me at my phone number, and I'll assist them. My number ends in 666, the trip was from the university to Nha Trang on January 16th. Oh, and the lovely female receptionists even changed my single room to a double room and added a note saying (I'm alone) in love. But sleeping alone in a double room means every time the bus turns a corner, it's a disaster! I don't travel by bus often, but it's enough to give it a 10/10.
