Awesome service as I changed the pick-up location the night before due to accommodation issues. They were on time to pick me up and had a safe and pleasant ride all the way to Hanoi Opera House. Will definitely use them again in the future.

The driver found me at the pick-up point, confirmed my details, and provided clear instructions. The ride was smooth, and I was dropped off at my hostel.

The bus runs on time - the driver pays along the way as requested. Friendly staff However, Vexere should update the bus company to pick up along the Hanoi route so that customers will not have to waste time going to Royal City.

The garage is very ok. When I got off at a different location, they booked a taxi and paid for me.... very great. From next time I will definitely use this bus company.

The bus had wear and tear and had definitely seen better days. The driver drove slightly mad. He brought us from Hanoi to Mai Chau during Tet. We arrived safe and relaxed. 5 stars for working during the holiday.
