The bus service was great. The pick-up was on time, and I received a text and email the night before with the bus plate number and driver’s contact. The driver found me at the pick-up point, confirmed my details, and provided clear instructions. The ride was smooth, and I was dropped off at my hostel.

My husband and I were traveling with 2 people, but the bus company still ran for the two of us. Riding like that is really more comfortable than other trips, and better than having a loaf of bread. Awesome service as I changed the pick-up location the night before due to accommodation issues. They were on time to pick me up and had a safe and pleasant ride all the way to Hanoi Opera House. Will definitely use them again in the future.

The bus had wear and tear and had definitely seen better days. The driver drove slightly mad. He brought us from Hanoi to Mai Chau during Tet. We arrived safe and relaxed. 5 stars for working during the holiday.
