Great service. Ontime, good driving, van was as pictured. Travel in comfort. I am not short with long legs and I was still quite comfortable. Massage seats were a great surprise. When arriving at the pick up spot, the staff quickly check in and provide the license plate number and confirm time of departure. This helps us foreigners to make sure we get on the right van. Also very great drivers. Very helpful to me when I didn't know where to be or which stop to get off at.

It’s clean and just like new one. Travelled from Hue to Hanoi with VIP cabin. The price is totally reasonable! It’s very comfortable and you can totally lay down to sleep. I think they are better than other companies. The company also offered the free shuttle bus service from the hotel to the bus station!!!! The only thing is that the communication for the shuttle bus service can be more effective. E.g. From the app it said pick up should be around 6, then updated pick up info (pick up at 730) from company via email at 720. At last, the shuttle came at 8. It’s a little scary and worry for those who had no experience with it. *May be it’s better to go to there company’s bus station to manage all the booking! The staffs are always helpful too!!!

The bus company takes care of passengers wholeheartedly and thoughtfully. The shuttle bus picks up passengers at the right location. The bus leaves on time and safely.

Someone called to confirm 1 hour before pick up. The driver proactively calls passengers to advise the pick-up location and pick-up time. Quick, comfortable. Safe, assured. After booking the ticket, there is a confirmation email, and the email provides very complete information about the vehicle number and driver's phone number. I am quite satisfied and assured.

I went on May 30 but when I booked the ticket I mistakenly booked it for May 31. 10 minutes before boarding time, I called the bus company to ask where to pick up and discovered the wrong day. I'm glad that the garage supported me in moving to another car in time. This is a huge plus point about the service. The driver was very kind and helped me with some useful information when visiting Tam Dao

The driver was enthusiastic, picked up and dropped off on time, provided full information, it seemed like a new car that ran smoothly and without any bumps, and was clean. The road from Hanoi to Mai Chau had many mountain passes and curves, but the driver drove very calmly and seemed to be very familiar with the route. I didn't get carsick at all. We traveled with this company from Hanoi to Mai Chau. I booked my trip late, but the company gave me information for the next day's trip very quickly. The bus had wear and tear and had definitely seen better days. The driver drove slightly mad. He brought us from Hanoi to Mai Chau during Tet. We arrived safe and relaxed. 5 stars for working during the holiday.
