Great garage, lovely history, quick and on-time contact. Clean, cool, if you need to go to the bathroom, they also support you, the staff is helpful. My husband and I were traveling with 2 people, but the bus company still ran for the two of us. Riding like that is really more comfortable than other trips, and better than having a loaf of bread. It was really nice, good information. The only thing was that we had chosen drop off at the home stay in ta xua, but first when we arrived the driver said he could not go there so we had to take a take for double the pride as the whole trips from hanoi the last bit. Everything else worked really well.

The bus had wear and tear and had definitely seen better days. The driver drove slightly mad. He brought us from Hanoi to Mai Chau during Tet. We arrived safe and relaxed. 5 stars for working during the holiday.

Good trip, clear infomation and affordable price!

I slept for 1 hour from the time I drove to the time I got off the bus. No problem to bother. The ride was ok. Air conditioner is a bit cold.
