This is the third time I have taken the bus. But this time I had the best experience compared to the previous two times. The bus is new and especially the bus attendants are enthusiastic and supportive. It seems that the bus service is getting better and better.

This is my first time riding Kumho bus company. I feel 98% satisfied in many aspects, from price, facilities, service to time. Before booking the car, I read negative reviews left by customers. I wanted to see what it was really like so I tried it once. Maybe I'm lucky, I haven't encountered any bad things. However, the trip will be more complete if the driver is enthusiastic and responsible and does not talk too much on the phone or make noise during the first stretch of the road. The first highlight is that the car is clean, the pillows and blankets... everything is fine. The pick-up point is not the same as on the app, so guests have to move to the bus station themselves. The transfer vehicle is a 7-seat car. The transfer driver is polite and knows the way so he takes him to the gathering point on National Highway 1A quite on time. The service attitude was excellent. As soon as I booked the ticket, the staff called to confirm, I changed the route and got 10,000 back right at the station. The best thing was the driver picked me up from Tan Son Nhat airport to 508 Kinh Duong Vuong to get on the bus, it was pouring rain in Saigon but he still picked me up on time, drove very carefully.
