This was my first time traveling by limousine from Hanoi to Thai Nguyen (round trip), and I was pleasantly surprised by how much better it was compared to other companies I've used in Viet Tri, Lang Son, Hai Phong, or Quang Ninh. The schedule was punctual, the price was reasonable, and the driver was very comfortable. Even when I requested a change to the return time, they were still very attentive. The car had massage seats, wireless phone charging, and complimentary drinks. The only thing missing was face towels, otherwise it would have been perfect.

I’ve been in Vietnam for 3 weeks and this was by far the best journey I have had (7hours long). Limousine was clean and comfortable and driver helped me get as close to my destination as possible. UK solo traveller 😁
