It was a pleasure traveling with Quang Tuyến (Hà Giang). The driver was super polite, friendly, and attentive. We left on time and arrived one hour early, even without speeding. He also stopped immediately when I needed to use the toilets. Throughout the entire trip, we felt completely safe. Top-notch service—I highly recommend this company.

The bus departed on time as scheduled on my ticket; I didn't have to wait until the last minute to board, so it was very comfortable. The bus was clean, the blankets smelled nice, and it went right to my destination, so I didn't need a taxi. The staff on the bus were polite!
