We booked a trip from Hanoi to Cao Bang via Vexere. We left at 9:15 AM, after loading our luggage, although the departure was originally scheduled for 9:00 AM. We had a 20-minute bathroom break midway through the journey. We arrived in Cao Bang around 2:00 PM. The seats are very comfortable, and there's even a lumbar massage function if you want it. A small bottle of water is provided at each seat. The driver drove quite carefully. I recommend this transport company.

I left my camera on the seat on the bus from Yen Tu to Hanoi. I only realized it three hours after getting off the bus and called the driver in a panic.
