There was a bit of nudge via text message to get me to arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time, but otherwise everything went well. The driver even dropped me off at my hotel. Of course, the driver drives like a maniac, especially overtaking without visibility, but hey, that's Vietnam for you.

Recommended - on time and changed my return ticket swiftly (once I found a local person to call, a worker at the Huu Nghi Bus Station. Bless him). I was getting pretty frustrated why the driver is not coming for my return to Hanoi, only to be told that I actually booked the next day by mistake. The office sent a driver in an hour and only paid the upgrade to limousine, as that was the scheduled mini van. Moral of the story - double check before booking, preferably if you are not groggy.

Comfortable and felt safe. I have been on many overnight busses through South America and this was a far superior experience. Comfortable bed / seat, relatively easy to find the bus and get on board despite the language barrier. Bus staff were friendly and very helpful. They even dropped me as close as they could to my hostel

Reading the feedback, I saw that the review was a bit skeptical, but there was no better choice than this. I closed my eyes and booked it. Who would have thought that the service was better than what I expected. The driver spoke softly and picked me up at sbay. I was late due to traffic jam and also called to let me know to ease my anxiety. The car runs smoothly, you guys should wait at Kim Anh intersection, near the signboard of Phu Tho gymnasium, or call a taxi to take you to the waiting area for the bus to get to CB and we'll know right away. There is a stop to eat delicious meat porridge. Friendly and enthusiastic staff 10 points

The bus company is very enthusiastic in supporting the change of pick-up point from Giap Bat Bus Station to My Dinh Bus Station. However, the bus company should coordinate with the car booking App companies to add more pick-up points at My Dinh Bus Station for the convenience of customers.

We had a positive experience travelling with Thanh Ly from Hanoi to Cao Bang. The bus was already waiting in My Dinh bus station, the bus station staffs pointed out to where the bus was and bus staff helped with our luggage and shoes. The size of the cabin is clearly mentioned as 170cms. Those who are taller might find it uncomfortable. AC worked well, drinking water was provided. We did not wake up for the toilet break so we cannot comment on it. The bedding was neat, the blanket really kept us warm and the pillow was good. The staff checked where our accommodation was and a shuttle picked us up from the stop that we chose and conveniently dropped us at our homestay.

The driver was great. He arrived on time, we arrived earlier than expected, and he dropped us off directly at our hotel. He speaks English as an added bonus.
