I booked a return bus to the Friendship Pass Chinese border. I had great communication about the pick up times etc. I had a query and emailed them before the trip and received a response within a couple of hours. The pick up was on time. The bus journey there and back was very smooth and the bus there and back very clean. I was very impressed with the service. Great value for money. I will definitely use them again.

Recommended - on time and changed my return ticket swiftly (once I found a local person to call, a worker at the Huu Nghi Bus Station. Bless him). I was getting pretty frustrated why the driver is not coming for my return to Hanoi, only to be told that I actually booked the next day by mistake. The office sent a driver in an hour and only paid the upgrade to limousine, as that was the scheduled mini van. Moral of the story - double check before booking, preferably if you are not groggy.

The driver arranged to pick me up at 6 PM at Sunshine Garden, Duong Van Be Street. He arrived right on time. On the way back, I even got to listen to some great songs about Cao Bang, composed by the owner of the transportation company himself. I really liked the song "Cao Bang Boong Hay"—a perfect 10 for quality.
