Great garage, lovely history, quick and on-time contact. Clean, cool, if you need to go to the bathroom, they also support you, the staff is helpful. My husband and I were traveling with 2 people, but the bus company still ran for the two of us. Riding like that is really more comfortable than other trips, and better than having a loaf of bread. The bus had wear and tear and had definitely seen better days. The driver drove slightly mad. He brought us from Hanoi to Mai Chau during Tet. We arrived safe and relaxed. 5 stars for working during the holiday.

It was really nice, good information. The only thing was that we had chosen drop off at the home stay in ta xua, but first when we arrived the driver said he could not go there so we had to take a take for double the pride as the whole trips from hanoi the last bit. Everything else worked really well.

The car had thick blankets to keep warm, the driver was lovely, drove smoothly, I didn't get motion sickness, he was attentive and caring towards the passengers, and the car arrived earlier than scheduled, which was great.
