I was a bit surprised because the driver enthusiastically picked everyone up at home (even though some people couldn't contact him or had to go back and forth to pick him up). On the bus, the assistant driver was also very friendly and talked with everyone. There were also snacks and drinks on the bus, very attentive.

The bus had wear and tear and had definitely seen better days. The driver drove slightly mad. He brought us from Hanoi to Mai Chau during Tet. We arrived safe and relaxed. 5 stars for working during the holiday.

I slept for 1 hour from the time I drove to the time I got off the bus. No problem to bother. The ride was ok. Air conditioner is a bit cold.
