My husband and I were traveling with 2 people, but the bus company still ran for the two of us. Riding like that is really more comfortable than other trips, and better than having a loaf of bread. It’s a good experience.

The bus had wear and tear and had definitely seen better days. The driver drove slightly mad. He brought us from Hanoi to Mai Chau during Tet. We arrived safe and relaxed. 5 stars for working during the holiday.

Came with a slight delay, however everything worked well including the reservation, finding the bus and getting off the bus. During the trip the bus made 2 stops for wc.

The place is quiet and comfortable. Staff is ok. Cheap price. Doesn't force customers like many other places
