I live in Hanoi and plan a self-guided trip to visit Bai Dinh Ancient Pagoda/Bai Dinh Pagoda (Ninh Binh) during the Lunar New Year of the Horse 2026. Transportation is now very accessible. Among many limousine companies, I searched on Vexere and found a suitable schedule with XE Vietnam. The round-trip ticket prices are quite reasonable. What I found most impressive is their shuttle service. From their office at 251 Luong Van Thang Street, Hoa Lu Ward to Bai Dinh Pagoda, Tay Hoa Lu Ward, the distance is about 20km. The company enthusiastically provided a shuttle service, even for just one person, covering a total distance of 40km, for only an additional fee of 45,000 VND. My only concern is that the company might lose money. That's the only positive thing about the shuttle service. Happy New Year to XE Vietnam! Best regards.

I travelled from ninh binh to danang on the overnight sleeper bus. It was our first experience taking these types of buses and we were nervous. Initially, there was a change in the pick up spot 2 hours before departure which was communicated by email. We got to the correct location at 9 and the bus wasn’t there. We reached out through email and received a prompt response which was very much appreciated. They let us know that the bus was 10-15 mins late. Once the bus arrived the driver came to us personally and helped and the customer service agent also confirmed over email. The bus was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bus driver was very kind and extra attentive knowing that we were tourists. We felt safe throughout the whole journey. The bus driver at the end of the ride guided us to the free shuttle that drops you off at the hotel. I would highly recommend.

Would use this service again! We were a bit concerned because the pick up point in Hanoi was random and the office wasn’t open. But our driver showed up on time just before 6:30am. The seats were comfortable and reclined a bit. Each seat had their own free water bottle and charging port. They even provided a free shuttle from our original drop off point at their office in yen bai to the yen Ben city bus station. Which was very lovely of them! The drivers were so nice and helped us find our next bus. The service was truly exceptional.

In the afternoon, I got a bus ticket that ran very well. In the afternoon, when I booked tickets A1 and B1, the staff put me near the back of the bus even though I arrived very early. This part of the bus doesn't have curtains and I'm in the sun so I called the operator so I could change seats. When I arrived in Hanoi, I switched to another car from this company and enjoyed it very much. The car was newer, comfortable and clean. Driver and staff are also enthusiastic.

I am very satisfied with Ngan Ha Garage. I appreciate the drivers who drove safely on the long route from Hanoi to Lai Chau and the bus staff who served passengers attentively. I will continue to use Ngan Ha Bus Station from Lai Chau to Noi Bai intersection on November 15, 2023.
