Great, quick pick up and drop off, on time, reasonable price, funny driver, will continue to support

We booked a trip from Hanoi to Cao Bang via Vexere. We left at 9:15 AM, after loading our luggage, although the departure was originally scheduled for 9:00 AM. We had a 20-minute bathroom break midway through the journey. We arrived in Cao Bang around 2:00 PM. The seats are very comfortable, and there's even a lumbar massage function if you want it. A small bottle of water is provided at each seat. The driver drove quite carefully. I recommend this transport company.

I booked a return bus to the Friendship Pass Chinese border. I had great communication about the pick up times etc. I had a query and emailed them before the trip and received a response within a couple of hours. The pick up was on time. The bus journey there and back was very smooth and the bus there and back very clean. I was very impressed with the service. Great value for money. I will definitely use them again.
