The car runs on time, the service staff is enthusiastic and friendly, and returns at the right place

Here’s my honest review of my experience traveling with this company from Hanoi to Danang. The Good: • Immaculate cleanliness: The bus was impressively clean, and they are very strict about maintaining this standard – eating is not allowed on board. It’s the first time I’ve seen such a focus on cleanliness in Vietnam. Everything inside the bus looked new and spotless. • Reliable WiFi: The onboard WiFi worked perfectly throughout the trip. • Charging options: USB and USB-C charging ports were available, which I also encountered for the first time. • Quiet and peaceful environment: They didn’t leave the lights on unnecessarily or play loud music, which made it easy to relax and sleep during the journey. • Regular restroom stops: They scheduled frequent stops, making it convenient for everyone. The Not-So-Good: • Last-minute change of pickup location: A few hours before departure, they informed me that the pickup point had been changed to a location about 30 minutes farther away. However, they compensated me with 100,000 VND, which I found fair. • Unfriendly drivers: The drivers weren’t particularly friendly or helpful, but nothing unbearable. • Overcrowded transfer in Danang: When we transferred to another bus to get to our hotel in Danang, it was overcrowded, and I ended up sitting on a plastic stool in the middle aisle, which wasn’t ideal. Overall: Despite a few minor inconveniences, I had a positive experience with this company. It’s by far the best bus service I’ve used in Vietnam. The cleanliness, comfort, and quietness made a significant difference, and I would recommend it to anyone traveling this route.

⭐ 4.5/5 Thanks to the Vexere app, I had a pretty good trip with HK Buslines. The bus was luxurious with a private cabin for each passenger, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Vexere’s hotline worked efficiently and showed responsibility toward customers. Cons: -0.5 star because the booking process on the app is too quick, making it easy to select the wrong step and impossible to go back, which could result in service cancellation. -0.5 star because drop-off is only at the company’s representative office, not at my home :) Pros: The bus departed and arrived on time. Pick-up was exactly at the registered location. Professional and helpful staff. Overall, I rate 4.5 stars for both the Vexere app and HK Buslines. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great experience with Binh Hoai bus! I had a very comfortable and satisfying trip. The bus was on time, clean and smooth. The driver was friendly, drove carefully, the support staff was enthusiastic and thoughtful. I was especially impressed with the professional service attitude and dedication of the bus company. I will definitely continue to support Binh Hoai on future trips. Very trustworthy and worth choosing!

It’s clean and just like new one. Travelled from Hue to Hanoi with VIP cabin. The price is totally reasonable! It’s very comfortable and you can totally lay down to sleep. I think they are better than other companies. The company also offered the free shuttle bus service from the hotel to the bus station!!!! The only thing is that the communication for the shuttle bus service can be more effective. E.g. From the app it said pick up should be around 6, then updated pick up info (pick up at 730) from company via email at 720. At last, the shuttle came at 8. It’s a little scary and worry for those who had no experience with it. *May be it’s better to go to there company’s bus station to manage all the booking! The staffs are always helpful too!!!

The service is very standard, the price is reasonable. 2 couples sleep in a double cabin, it's comfortable, the curtains are very discreet and private, the hotline is enthusiastic and the staff on the bus is very funny and cute, it's worth going back many times 👍👍

First time riding a car but surprised by the quality. After I booked the car, someone called to confirm and told me when to be at the boarding location. When I got on the bus, the guys and bus assistants said the seat I booked was on the 2nd floor (because I booked it wrong), but my wife still let me sleep on the 1st floor. While sleeping at night, the guy woke up in a panic and I dropped the phone. phone on the floor, right in the middle of the aisle, huhu. That guy reminded me to keep my phone inside, I'm so lucky. In general, the staff's attitude and personality are very good, the car is good, there are curtains on both sides, a TV screen, wet towels, mineral water. I got in the car, took off my makeup, took care of my skin, and slept well. Especially the bed is extremely long, I'm 1m61 tall but still has a lot of room, no uncomfortable bending of the legs like other cars, overall very satisfied, really like it. I booked a ticket and saw that it was a special price to celebrate the opening, so it was very cheap, and convenient, I didn't have to travel as much as flying, just get in the car and sleep until morning to get home. hehe Thank you vexere.com and Sam Huong bus company. Taking this bus, I found the service to be good, the driver was safe, the car was quieter than other cars, the bus driver was very thoughtful and reminded me to go to bed early 🤣 10/10, the shuttle bus was also very enthusiastic, wait and carried our luggage for us, the driver also waited for me to finish going to the bathroom before leaving, not in a hurry to scold passengers like other cars, so let's go to mn, the cabin is also very spacious, people of 8 and 9 can sleep comfortably. It's not a PR but it's very good, because I've taken a different car than HN-DN, so that's how I see it

The car is clean, there are curtains for each bed, the driver drives safely and politely, when I went there was no cramming of passengers, in general the experience was good, the one minus point was smoking in the car, but today's car was I travel a lot with young children, I hope the bus company learns from experience when reading this comment

It is very difficult for foreigners to understand the location of the bus terminal and where the buses come from. I arrived an hour before the bus departed, but after walking for over an hour they finally called me and found me. The service was normal, but anyway I slept better than in a hotel because I was so comfortable. It would be nice if the horns were less loud. But I enjoyed it so I give it full marks. We were a little worried about the trip because we read the reviews, but everything went great. The drivers changed throughout the trip and drove very carefully. The road was smooth, there was no shaking. We made enough stops to use the restroom and stopped for dinner. In general, the seats may be a little short for people taller than 180 cm, but that’s not a big deal. We enjoyed the trip.
