Shuttle buses within Hanoi/Vinh should add more pick-up/drop-off location options on the Vexere APP. I was the one who called to request additional information when booking tickets in Vinh city. Great service. Ontime, good driving, van was as pictured. Travel in comfort. I am not short with long legs and I was still quite comfortable. Massage seats were a great surprise. When arriving at the pick up spot, the staff quickly check in and provide the license plate number and confirm time of departure. This helps us foreigners to make sure we get on the right van. Also very great drivers. Very helpful to me when I didn't know where to be or which stop to get off at.

The bus company's service process is very good, with very few areas needing improvement. However, it would be better if the company changed its tissue paper supplier, as the tissues have a slightly strange smell. Otherwise, I've witnessed many changes in the bus company over the past two months: drivers and bus assistants are increasingly friendly, the service process is clear and efficient, and they've resolved the transfer bottleneck in Hanoi by assigning specific zones to each bus.
