Overall, I think Sao Nghe was the best among the three bus companies, and they arrived earlier than scheduled. The bus was clean and the lights were nice too. This was my first time booking a bus on a whim and I was very satisfied. The ride was smooth and safe throughout the journey. The driver and assistant were very enthusiastic and helpful. A positive point, different from other buses with separate cabins, is that they provide toilet paper in the restroom. The only negative point is that the ceiling on the lower cabin is too low, so I kept bumping my head every time I sat down. 😵😵😵

When I arrived in Hanoi, I switched to another car from this company and enjoyed it very much. The car was newer, comfortable and clean. Driver and staff are also enthusiastic.
