The female receptionists were lovely. The male staff at the university office were cheerful, caring, and enthusiastic. During my trip, there were two elderly families talking quite loudly. When a staff member reminded them to be quiet, the two elderly people scolded her. If they had given a bad review, I would have responded in kind. The staff member's reminder was very accurate. The two elderly people were talking very loudly, so loudly that I even dreamt about their conversation. So, if the staff member receives a complaint, please don't deduct their salary. I frequently travel by car. I've previously used the Quang Ngai - Bao Loc route with Xuan Hai bus company, and now I use the Ho Chi Minh City - Quang Ngai route and vice versa. I've traveled with many bus companies, but today I found the ride very smooth. The beds have comfortable mattresses and pillows, perfect for long journeys, and I slept very well. The pick-up and drop-off times were exactly as shown on the app. I hope the bus company maintains this quality.
