The two elderly people were talking very loudly, so loudly that I even dreamt about their conversation. So, if the staff member receives a complaint, please don't deduct their salary. I went with 4 tickets on November 13, booked sleeper bus tickets, the bus company advised me to go with a double cabin without extra charge, very enthusiastic and thoughtful. The sleeper bus is comfortable for 2 people, with a clean toilet on the bus. Thank you bus company.

Everything is fine. The bus is on time and on schedule. The staff is generally good, no questions. The bus is good, it can be much worse. By the way, this is the first bus, and even a three-row one, in which I was able to stretch out to my full height, and for my almost 2 meters this is not a trivial task, so a separate OK for this. It is very difficult for foreigners to understand the location of the bus terminal and where the buses come from. I arrived an hour before the bus departed, but after walking for over an hour they finally called me and found me. The service was normal, but anyway I slept better than in a hotel because I was so comfortable. It would be nice if the horns were less loud. But I enjoyed it so I give it full marks.
