The bus company helped me quickly book another trip for the same day because I had health problems. The operator and driver are very enthusiastic!

The departure wasn't punctual because passengers were picked up at each stop when the meeting point was supposed to be at a single point. I appreciate the kindness, but I would have preferred it to have been as agreed upon at the beginning. Otherwise, everything was fine. The car was comfortable, and the driver drove very well. Driver was on time and called me 20 minutes before arrival. Driver also asked me if I wanted to be dropped off at a specific address other than the main drop off point. I was dropped Right at my apartment which was super convenient and avoided the cost of a taxi. I will definitely be using this provider from now on with my limousine van needs.

As soon as I got on the car, I was quite satisfied because the car did not have the usual bad smell like other cars. Before picking up, the driver called to schedule a time in advance, so it was very convenient for me to arrange my work. The car was on time. I get carsick but I was quite comfortable on this trip. The driver was extremely cute. Hung Thinh Phat will be my first choice every time I travel from Hue - Da Nang - Hue.

Great experience, best limousine so far. The only suggestion is to have some be quiet policy, like Vin bus for example. There was one woman who didn't stop yapping loudly either on her phone or with the driver. Driver was respectful. Other passengers, even small kids were very considerate as well. I'm going back to Hanoi in a few days, we will see if I was just lucky or the limousine and the service are always great. For now, definitely recommend

Good and efficient trip. Quoc, bus manager for the journey was great, he kept us informed of changes and arranged free transport to our hotel from bus terminus. Excellent job. Would recommend Vietnam Travel Bus again.
