The bus company helped me quickly book another trip for the same day because I had health problems. The operator and driver are very enthusiastic!

The car picked me up on time, and the pick-up schedule was very fast, so I didn't have to sit in the car for long. Service quality is generally good, seats are comfortable, car is clean. The most notable advantage is the courteous attitude of the garage staff from the phone operator to the driver. The driver is quite thoughtful, picks up on time, and drops passengers off at the door. However, drivers still have the habit of texting on their phones and talking on the phone for long periods of time while driving.

Good and efficient trip. Quoc, bus manager for the journey was great, he kept us informed of changes and arranged free transport to our hotel from bus terminus. Excellent job. Would recommend Vietnam Travel Bus again.

I'm so satisfied that I didn't expect the Limousine service to be so good. I booked an 8am flight from Da Nang to Hue, but at 7am the driver called to pick me up. There's really nothing to criticize about the company's car service. If I want to go, I should book this car with a tall car and a recliner. My family has a 2-year-old child, but the whole family won't get drunk or tired.
