I had an excellent trip with Trọng Thủy Travel. The limousine bus was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The massage seats made the 4.5-hour journey surprisingly relaxing. The conductor was polite and helpful, the driver was careful and professional, and everything was well organized. The announcements were clear, boarding was easy, and the whole trip went exactly as planned. I booked my ticket through Vexere, and the entire experience—from booking to arrival—was smooth and hassle-free. The female receptionists were lovely. The male staff at the university office were cheerful, caring, and enthusiastic. During my trip, there were two elderly families talking quite loudly. When a staff member reminded them to be quiet, the two elderly people scolded her. If they had given a bad review, I would have responded in kind. The staff member's reminder was very accurate. The two elderly people were talking very loudly, so loudly that I even dreamt about their conversation. So, if the staff member receives a complaint, please don't deduct their salary. Oh, and the lovely female receptionists even changed my single room to a double room and added a note saying (I'm alone) in love.
