During the driving from Da Lat to Nha Trang, most of the road were sinuous and steep mountain roads. Unfortunately, on the mountain, we ran into heavy fog and rain. The vision was blurry. There were also two landslides. I got a little nervous about the situation. However, our local driver was so skillful and trusty. He drove slowly in the heavy fog on the sinuous mountain road, which made me feel very safe. He also took initiative to help the clients loaded and unloaded the suitcases. He was very friendly. Regarding the seats, the are ten seats in the van, so it's a little crowed compared to another company's van that I took. But I put one of my leg on the aisle and felt ok. It was a only three hours trip.

I have used other transfer companies service also but this one was the best one. Because they took me from the location A and left me on the location B which were shown on my tickets. ( the other company also promised me that they will take me from place A and will bring to place B but they didn't) The ride was comfortable and in good quality. I will choose then next place. The ride was amazing, they picked me up from point A and left me at point B. As it was indicated on the tickets. clean and comfortable. I have used the services of other companies but they always did not fulfill their promise that they will pick me up and take me to where you indicate.

This was by far my best travel experience in Vietnam — and I travel frequently across the country! Our bus driver that day truly deserves an award for being the best in Vietnam. The ride was incredibly smooth, the driver spoke English, each passenger received bottled water, and we had well-timed, pleasant breaks along the way. It was simply amazing! I should also mention the bus itself — it was brand new and spotless, as if it had just rolled out of the factory. The seats were fully adjustable and spacious enough to comfortably fit a European over 1.80m tall. If I had to suggest one small improvement, it would be to offer clothespins or clips for those using seat belts, as the pretensioners are quite tight. Our journey from Nha Trang to Da Lat was fantastic, and I wouldn’t hesitate to choose this company again and again 🫶🏼

It is very difficult for foreigners to understand the location of the bus terminal and where the buses come from. I arrived an hour before the bus departed, but after walking for over an hour they finally called me and found me. The service was normal, but anyway I slept better than in a hotel because I was so comfortable. It would be nice if the horns were less loud. But I enjoyed it so I give it full marks. Thank you very much.

Trong Thuy bus company regularly sends emails to update customers on any changes or developments before the trip. The seats are comfortable and have massage. The bus runs on time. Unfortunately, other bus companies are not as exemplary as Trong Thuy. Hopefully Trong Thuy will expand its routes to other provinces.

Very good trip. We booked a shared limousine, but we seemed to be the only two guests, so they drove us in a private car instead - very nice surprise. The driver was very nice and drove well (despite very slowly because he was constantly looking at his phone), but better than too fast I guess! Overall a very pleasant experience:)

Overall, a very comfortable ride. The route is winding through the mountains from Dalat to Nha Trang, however, the driver did a good job and drove safely. The only thing that is unclear using Vexere booking is that I thought I was getting picked up from the hotel and dropped off to my hotel in the city center as it asked for your pick up and drop off locations but I had to go to a meeting point and dropped off just outside of Nha Trang city center.

To be honest, I was little bit scared after seeing mixed reviews here but it turned our pretty good. We went from Nha Trang to Hoi An, bus was there 20-30min earlier but staff informed us about it 30 minutes before it. The staff inside with the driver were really nice, they helped us with our bags and gave us free water and small snack. The cabin was clean with blanket and alright in space even for me (184 cm). Driving was okay without too much honking but dont expect any luxury sleep cause the road is bumpy and there are a lot of turns. There were quick 3-4 toilet stops and bus got in Hoi An around the promised time. I dont know if we got lucky and other people super unlucky or they expect something impossible but i would go again with them. 10/10

Everything is fine. The bus is on time and on schedule. The staff is generally good, no questions. The bus is good, it can be much worse. By the way, this is the first bus, and even a three-row one, in which I was able to stretch out to my full height, and for my almost 2 meters this is not a trivial task, so a separate OK for this. We arrived in Ho Chi Minh an hour earlier than planned, also OK. In general, I don’t know what the users who are crying about “the worst experience in their lives” are unhappy with. My experience with the company is positive. They gave me a ticket, put me in a seat, left point A on time, arrived at point B on time. They weren’t rude, they smiled, I personally don’t need more. Very good experience. The bed is spacious, has a pillow, a night light, and a lamp in the room for reading. The bed sheets and blankets are very clean and tidy. The car is comfortable and runs smoothly. The driver and staff are also friendly and polite. There is a shuttle bus to Tuy Hoa city center, which is very convenient. The ticket price is reasonable. Overall, I am very satisfied, thank you to the car company.

I was picked up at my hotel 1.5 hrs earlier than planned but was asked early in the morning if I was able to make the trip earlier. It was pleasant to make it to my destination sooner than anticipated. The driver was very attentive and punctual. He didn’t speak much English but we understood each other great through google translator. The bus was quite comfortable, clean, had covered windows for easy rest, provided blankets and water. The driver had not problem in making small detours to drop off people at their destinations as we were all close to the drop off points. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I definitely recommend this company.

The bus company is new so there are a few less customers. The driver is friendly. The bus company texted to remind before boarding time. The bus ran smoothly. Will book again.
