Each bed even had a long Pikachu plushie to hug 🤣 The pink pig-patterned blankets would be a hit with kids. This was the first time I'd seen a bus company provide toothbrushes. Two elderly people boarded the bus and the staff even escorted them to their seats to assist them; overall, it was very thoughtful.

Initially, there seemed to be a discrepancy with the agreed-upon pick-up location: The (generally helpful) tracking app, which allows you to follow the bus online before boarding, only showed a different pick-up location, not the one we had been informed of. This caused some brief confusion, and we had to contact the company by phone. However, the driver did arrive on time at the originally intended pick-up location, so boarding went smoothly. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the seats we had booked (in the front) because we wanted our 3-year-old son to sit on our lap (free of charge), which wasn't allowed for safety reasons. We were then easily assigned other seats. These were very comfortable (unfortunately, there are no seatbelts, except in the very front). The journey was pleasant; music was playing at times, videos were shown on a screen, and there was a nice flashing light on the ceiling. The driver drove carefully, and we even arrived at our destination ahead of schedule. All in all, a good experience; we would book with this provider again.

The driver loaded our suitcases, and when we were about to leave, he asked which hotel in Tuy Hoa we were going to. When we told him we were going to Sun Village Resort (which is a bit far from downtown Tuy Hoa), he looked a bit flustered. He said he couldn't take us to that hotel but would drop us off nearby and tell us to take a taxi. We were so grateful to him. Since it was our first time there, we weren't sure if we'd be able to catch a taxi or Grab, so we were looking for a taxi. But when we arrived, wow~~ a taxi was waiting~~~ What is this~~????? The Bb Limousine driver hailed a taxi for us in advance. Wow, I was so grateful. As we don't speak English, we were truly thankful; it almost brought tears to my eyes. From there, we took a taxi to Sun Village Resort. The fare was also amazing; it would have been 260,000 VND to go all the way to Tuy Hoa, but it only came out to 100,000 VND. Whether you are a Korean traveler or a first-timer, don't be scared just get in the taxi; the driver will take care of everything. Anyway, it was the best!

We took a day time sleeper bus with HM Happycar from Hoi An to Phong Nha. I received a WhatsApp message from the organizer to ensure we found the bus ok before departing. The bus was extremely clean and in great condition. The little bed capsules were private and lay totally flat, or you could put them into a partially reclined position. I am 5'4" and could lay completely stretched out, my friend is 5'9" and could do the same with flexed feet. There was a USB port, lights and air vents. The driving felt very safe and there were two drivers who traded off which helped us feel safe as well. We stopped 3 times for toilet breaks. After getting dropped off and going about our day, we realized we forgot air buds on the bus. I messaged them via WhatsApp and they responded immediately that they would ask their cleaning staff. They found them and organised a nearby hostel for them to be dropped off at for us to pick up at our convenience. Very impressed overall, would book with them again.

I think the car rental company is great, so why do some people give it such a low rating? The car is clean and smells nice. I tried reclining the seat, and the floor underneath was clean. Both the driver and passenger were happy with the experience.

The car company is new but I don't know why I saw many low reviews so I was hesitant when I bought the ticket, but after the trip I found it great. All the staff were friendly and enthusiastic. Text the co-driver if you want to go to the toilet and he happily stopped the car at the nearest gas station so my family could get off!! Other cars sometimes grimaced and cursed lightly :) New car, strong air conditioner, clean. I don't understand why there are many low reviews?
