This was the first time I rode a car and felt safe, the driver drove very carefully and gently. The car is very clean, providing decent water and towels. I was told to sit in the correct number of seats. Good air conditioning. When I return to Nha Trang, I will take the Tuc Cuc bus again in the evening.

My trip was very good, 5* for the driver who drove hard, went very smoothly on the mountain pass and drove civilly, without jostling and overtaking. The bus company gave me a small coconut which was nice to drink. The small minus point is that I booked a transfer within 2km around the DL office but the bus station wasn't there so I had to run there myself. In NT, I still get a transfer to the hotel (but it must be in the center). Other than that, the trip experience was very good
