It's a sleeper bus, so quiet is key! Also, please display the Wi-Fi password clearly inside the cabin for convenience. I had an excellent trip with Trọng Thủy Travel. The limousine bus was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The massage seats made the 4.5-hour journey surprisingly relaxing. The conductor was polite and helpful, the driver was careful and professional, and everything was well organized. The announcements were clear, boarding was easy, and the whole trip went exactly as planned. It is very difficult for foreigners to understand the location of the bus terminal and where the buses come from. I arrived an hour before the bus departed, but after walking for over an hour they finally called me and found me. The service was normal, but anyway I slept better than in a hotel because I was so comfortable. It would be nice if the horns were less loud. But I enjoyed it so I give it full marks. We took a day time sleeper bus with HM Happycar from Hoi An to Phong Nha. I received a WhatsApp message from the organizer to ensure we found the bus ok before departing. The bus was extremely clean and in great condition. The little bed capsules were private and lay totally flat, or you could put them into a partially reclined position. I am 5'4" and could lay completely stretched out, my friend is 5'9" and could do the same with flexed feet. There was a USB port, lights and air vents. The driving felt very safe and there were two drivers who traded off which helped us feel safe as well. We stopped 3 times for toilet breaks. After getting dropped off and going about our day, we realized we forgot air buds on the bus. I messaged them via WhatsApp and they responded immediately that they would ask their cleaning staff. They found them and organised a nearby hostel for them to be dropped off at for us to pick up at our convenience. Very impressed overall, would book with them again.

Initially, there seemed to be a discrepancy with the agreed-upon pick-up location: The (generally helpful) tracking app, which allows you to follow the bus online before boarding, only showed a different pick-up location, not the one we had been informed of. This caused some brief confusion, and we had to contact the company by phone. However, the driver did arrive on time at the originally intended pick-up location, so boarding went smoothly. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the seats we had booked (in the front) because we wanted our 3-year-old son to sit on our lap (free of charge), which wasn't allowed for safety reasons. We were then easily assigned other seats. These were very comfortable (unfortunately, there are no seatbelts, except in the very front). The journey was pleasant; music was playing at times, videos were shown on a screen, and there was a nice flashing light on the ceiling. The driver drove carefully, and we even arrived at our destination ahead of schedule. All in all, a good experience; we would book with this provider again.

The moment I stepped onto the bus for our 8:30 AM trip from Nha Trang on July 12th, his friendly nod instantly put my mind at ease. The interior was incredibly clean and fresh, making my family feel comfortable and safe right away. Throughout the journey, M drove so smoothly and carefully, and politely reminded everyone to buckle up before starting. We were also lucky enough to travel with him again on our return trip from Da Lat back to Nha Trang at 2:00 PM on July 14th. The only thing I hope Gorotrip will improve is their customer support. It was quite hard to reach their hotline, and their message response time was a bit slow. If the company can upgrade this service and continue to keep dedicated drivers like M, their service will be perfect. Despite the initial booking hiccup, the excellent ride quality and M's wonderful attitude made this a 5-star experience. I highly recommend Gorotrip to everyone. Excellent overnight bus trip from Hoi An to Da Lat with Viet Lao. The staff was very friendly, the bus was clean, the driver was a good driver, and there was no music or unpleasant noise. All this at a good price with smooth communication in English, so I recommend it. For first-timers: there are no toilets, but there were three stops approximately every two hours (you are notified in advance by announcement). You cannot eat on the bus, but there are restaurants and snack bars at some stops. You must remove your shoes and walk barefoot. At the stops, plastic slippers are provided as you exit the bus; you return them to a bin before reboarding. A small bottle of water, a blanket, and a pillow are provided. There is a USB port. I couldn't get the Wi-Fi to work, but that might be my fault. For those who are overweight or very tall, I recommend taking buses with fewer seats (there were about 35, and I'm not overweight, but it was a tight fit). I recommend the lower and middle seats.

Very good trip. We booked a shared limousine, but we seemed to be the only two guests, so they drove us in a private car instead - very nice surprise. The driver was very nice and drove well (despite very slowly because he was constantly looking at his phone), but better than too fast I guess! Overall a very pleasant experience:)

The bus arrived right on time, exactly as scheduled and communicated to us in advance. It was a new, very comfortable bus—it even featured wireless phone charging. The driver was delightful and polite; he drove very carefully, ensuring we felt comfortable throughout the journey. There were two stops along the way: a five-minute restroom break and a 20-minute stop at a decent café. The entire trip, including stops, took about three and a half hours. We are very pleased and will certainly book with this operator again in the future.

To be honest, I was little bit scared after seeing mixed reviews here but it turned our pretty good. We went from Nha Trang to Hoi An, bus was there 20-30min earlier but staff informed us about it 30 minutes before it. The staff inside with the driver were really nice, they helped us with our bags and gave us free water and small snack. The cabin was clean with blanket and alright in space even for me (184 cm). Driving was okay without too much honking but dont expect any luxury sleep cause the road is bumpy and there are a lot of turns. There were quick 3-4 toilet stops and bus got in Hoi An around the promised time. I dont know if we got lucky and other people super unlucky or they expect something impossible but i would go again with them. 10/10

The car is comfortable and runs smoothly. The driver and staff are also friendly and polite. There is a shuttle bus to Tuy Hoa city center, which is very convenient. The ticket price is reasonable. I was picked up at my hotel 1.5 hrs earlier than planned but was asked early in the morning if I was able to make the trip earlier. It was pleasant to make it to my destination sooner than anticipated. The driver was very attentive and punctual. He didn’t speak much English but we understood each other great through google translator. The bus was quite comfortable, clean, had covered windows for easy rest, provided blankets and water. The driver had not problem in making small detours to drop off people at their destinations as we were all close to the drop off points. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I definitely recommend this company.

The driver from Quy Nhon to Nha Trang scheduled 17:30 is awesome! He’s so kind and professional. He wasn’t late he came at Pick-up point(is not the office, just pick-up there. Don’t be afraid the google address as I uploaded a picture is correct just wait your driver until the pick-up time. (Because I was afraid I got a wrong place and asked Vietnamese on the cafe to call the driver to confirm whether the location I was is correct or not. Even, twice… Hahahaaa)

New car, I went on the Quy Nhon -> Da Nang trip and it was very comfortable. The shuttle bus picked up and dropped off at both QN and DN. The car company is new but I don't know why I saw many low reviews so I was hesitant when I bought the ticket, but after the trip I found it great. All the staff were friendly and enthusiastic. Text the co-driver if you want to go to the toilet and he happily stopped the car at the nearest gas station so my family could get off!! Other cars sometimes grimaced and cursed lightly :) New car, strong air conditioner, clean. I don't understand why there are many low reviews? Everyone please support me, I went from Quy Nhon to Da Nang and the whole car had 7 passengers, it was pitiful. Wish Tan Quang Dung success.
