But the driver of my car was driving very well and enthusiastically, driving at a moderate speed, not speeding and overtaking recklessly. Arrive at BL on time. The seat is also wide enough for me. There's nothing to criticize at all.

I was fully informed when the pick-up time changed. The driver was polite and drove very smoothly and comfortably. There were passengers in the car that made things difficult for the driver and annoyed everyone, but he still knew how to handle the situation to keep the atmosphere comfortable for the whole car.

Positives - Great attitude by the conductor who was friendly in support. He asked if the seat was good and where we would like to be dropped in Dalat. - The bus was very clean, no dust no used tissues etc. - bathroom 🚽, yes 👍 clean yes 👍 - The length of the seat is comfortable for the journey duration, I’m 179cm so my foot was touching the end of the cabin but I could manage. - 2 pillows( 1 basic and 1 long one) that helped. Suggestions: - Blanket could have been longer😅, could only cover until waist.
