I was picked up at the correct pick-up point and seated in my reserved seat. The driver was enthusiastic, cheerful, and friendly. I'm quite prone to motion sickness, and the strong smell of air conditioning makes me nauseous. However, with Trong Thuy Travel, I didn't notice the strong air conditioning smell like with other companies. I was quite satisfied with the trip, and I will definitely support this company again for future trips.

The car is comfortable and runs smoothly. The driver and staff are also friendly and polite. There is a shuttle bus to Tuy Hoa city center, which is very convenient. The ticket price is reasonable. The female receptionists were lovely. The male staff at the university office were cheerful, caring, and enthusiastic. During my trip, there were two elderly families talking quite loudly. When a staff member reminded them to be quiet, the two elderly people scolded her. If they had given a bad review, I would have responded in kind. The staff member's reminder was very accurate. The two elderly people were talking very loudly, so loudly that I even dreamt about their conversation. So, if the staff member receives a complaint, please don't deduct their salary.
