⭐ 4.5/5 Thanks to the Vexere app, I had a pretty good trip with HK Buslines. The bus was luxurious with a private cabin for each passenger, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Vexere’s hotline worked efficiently and showed responsibility toward customers. Cons: -0.5 star because the booking process on the app is too quick, making it easy to select the wrong step and impossible to go back, which could result in service cancellation. -0.5 star because drop-off is only at the company’s representative office, not at my home :) Pros: The bus departed and arrived on time. Pick-up was exactly at the registered location. Professional and helpful staff. Overall, I rate 4.5 stars for both the Vexere app and HK Buslines. I was late for my flight but the bus company still waited for me. Thank you for your good support.

The ordering process was fast and easy. The company contacted me on whatsapp to confirm our ride and gave me clear instructions on when and where to wait for pick-up. The car picked us up on time and the driver helped us with our luggage kindly. We were given a bag with water, sesame bun and wet wipe. The driver was driving quite safely for the vietnamese standarts. We made 3 stops on the way from Ha Noi to Sa Pa which was good, he even told us for how long we're stopping. The only unpleasant thing was that the driver had a friend or family member sit behind him and they were shouting (talking loudly) the whole time, which was so uncomfortable to be listening to for 6 hours.
