I was very satisfied with my trip with My Duyen bus company. The bus was new, clean, the sleeping berths were comfortable and thoroughly cleaned. Especially noteworthy was the free door-to-door transfer service, which was very convenient and had no extra cost. The staff and drivers were very enthusiastic, friendly, and provided attentive support to passengers. The trip was safe and on time. I will definitely continue to choose My Duyen bus company and recommend it to friends and family. 5 stars!

The driver and the bus conductor were lovely. I was stuck in traffic but they still tried to wait so I wouldn't miss the trip. They were very gentle and polite. The car was clean, airy, and the blankets smelled good. I was very satisfied with this trip.
