The driver often puts the car in high gear to drive at low speed.. it makes the car really shudder in the back seat. I can't sleep... I just want to give my opinion. The driver and the bus conductor were lovely. I was stuck in traffic but they still tried to wait so I wouldn't miss the trip. They were very gentle and polite. The car was clean, airy, and the blankets smelled good. I was very satisfied with this trip.
