Fun and friendly driving; clean car; There is a shuttle bus in Thai Nguyen City

Pick up and departure was a bit late but other than that, everything went super smoothly! Comfortable and employees were very kind and helpful as i don’t speak vietnamese, i could be dropped off next to the Chinese border

I have to say that bus services in Vietnam are of a very high standard. The app shows you where the bus is, when it will arrive, and even exactly where you should stand. We felt safe with the driver; he made regular stops and kept asking us if we needed anything. We were very satisfied. We highly recommend this transportation service.
