The office sent a driver in an hour and only paid the upgrade to limousine, as that was the scheduled mini van. Moral of the story - double check before booking, preferably if you are not groggy.

Even though it was close to the time to pick up passengers on the shuttle bus and the ticket cancellation deadline was overdue, when I called to request a change of flight, the company still enthusiastically supported me and arranged the seats in the right position.
