This bus ride is really comfortable. There are privacy curtains, places to charge phones, room lights and TVs, and very comfortable beds and pillows. Good feeling. 5 stars. However, the bus runs slower than the purchased ticket; should set a distance or time for passengers to clean up better instead of stopping when individual passengers request; the shuttle bus should serve faster and not keep passengers waiting.

Additional comments: Passengers should be fed on time, instead of feeding passengers from 4:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. at night. Everything else is good 👍
