The car runs very well, there are promotional cold towels and bird's nest drinks. The staff was very friendly so bus tickets sold out very quickly, so I booked early

Our trip on the Kim Anh bus on 19th August was very comfortable. I was able to view the scenery because I had a window berth. My husband was comfortable but was in the middle row of berths so could not enjoy the scenery.

Additional comments: Passengers should be fed on time, instead of feeding passengers from 4:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. at night. Everything else is good 👍
