My husband and I were traveling with 2 people, but the bus company still ran for the two of us. Riding like that is really more comfortable than other trips, and better than having a loaf of bread. It was okay, but the car ran 15 minutes slower than expected. At the same time, this trip is booked for Bac Son Bus, not this bus company. Good quality, good driver + assistant

The bus had wear and tear and had definitely seen better days. The driver drove slightly mad. He brought us from Hanoi to Mai Chau during Tet. We arrived safe and relaxed. 5 stars for working during the holiday.

I slept for 1 hour from the time I drove to the time I got off the bus. No problem to bother. The ride was ok. Air conditioner is a bit cold.

Came with a slight delay, however everything worked well including the reservation, finding the bus and getting off the bus. During the trip the bus made 2 stops for wc.

The garage is very ok. When I got off at a different location, they booked a taxi and paid for me.... very great. From next time I will definitely use this bus company.
