We paid drop off subcharge. To different place than office. They first told us to drop off at office. And told us to take taxi. We talked a lot, there was some calling, and then they finaly told they will drive us there. It can be confusing for non vietnamesee speaking travelers. But be persistent and nice, and everyone will try to help you :-)

The drivers are all very enthusiastic, especially the drivers at the transfer stage. I prefer the driver who drives on the return trip. He runs very smoothly and asks if the passengers are comfortable. Because there are many tourists, the bus company's impression on tourists is also very important for the image of Vietnam or the destination in the hearts of each tourist.
