⭐ 4.5/5 Thanks to the Vexere app, I had a pretty good trip with HK Buslines. The bus was luxurious with a private cabin for each passenger, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Vexere’s hotline worked efficiently and showed responsibility toward customers. Cons: -0.5 star because the booking process on the app is too quick, making it easy to select the wrong step and impossible to go back, which could result in service cancellation. -0.5 star because drop-off is only at the company’s representative office, not at my home :) Pros: The bus departed and arrived on time. Pick-up was exactly at the registered location. Professional and helpful staff. Overall, I rate 4.5 stars for both the Vexere app and HK Buslines. The driver was friendly, drove carefully, the support staff was enthusiastic and thoughtful. I was especially impressed with the professional service attitude and dedication of the bus company. The service is very standard, the price is reasonable. 2 couples sleep in a double cabin, it's comfortable, the curtains are very discreet and private, the hotline is enthusiastic and the staff on the bus is very funny and cute, it's worth going back many times 👍👍
