I took the Be Ha bus for the first time, going to Phu Yen and back to BMT within 5 days. I found the Call Center and Reception Office staff enthusiastic and friendly. The drivers and service were very good and attentive. The good point is that there is a shuttle bus in Tuy Hoa City. The shuttle driver was very funny and enthusiastic in helping customers put their luggage on the bus as well as picking them up on time.
