The bus conductors were cheerful and enthusiastic. I was late but the bus still waited for me and didn't leave like other buses. I will support the bus company on other occasions.

There were comments that praised it and also comments that praised it as hard, so I was very worried. It was a needless worry. It was very comfortable and comfortable. If you like Korean, please leave a comment. 같은 회사라도 버스마다 퀄리티가 다른지는 모르겠는데, 제가 탄 버스는 쾌적하고 좋았어요 . 자리 넓찍하고 베개 이불 깨끗합니다. 뭐 경적소리야 베트남에서는 익숙해져야 하는 문화일거같구요. 기사님 친절하시구요, 버스 안에서 담배 안피시구요. 다른 승객들도 버스안에서 담배피는 사람 없어요 휴게소에 들렀다 갈때도 저 있는지 없는지 체크해보고 출발하시네요. 다만 키173 기준 다리를 쭉 펴지는 못해요. 뭐 전 새우자세가 편해서 불만은 없었습니다 : )

We took a day time sleeper bus with HM Happycar from Hoi An to Phong Nha. I received a WhatsApp message from the organizer to ensure we found the bus ok before departing. The bus was extremely clean and in great condition. The little bed capsules were private and lay totally flat, or you could put them into a partially reclined position. I am 5'4" and could lay completely stretched out, my friend is 5'9" and could do the same with flexed feet. There was a USB port, lights and air vents. The driving felt very safe and there were two drivers who traded off which helped us feel safe as well. We stopped 3 times for toilet breaks. After getting dropped off and going about our day, we realized we forgot air buds on the bus. I messaged them via WhatsApp and they responded immediately that they would ask their cleaning staff. They found them and organised a nearby hostel for them to be dropped off at for us to pick up at our convenience. Very impressed overall, would book with them again.

Additional comments: Passengers should be fed on time, instead of feeding passengers from 4:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. at night. Everything else is good 👍
