Everything was perfect, Mr Thai reached the pickup point on time. We reached the drop off point before time, the van was clean and the charging ports were working as well. Only one thing that the operator can improve upon: to reach out to the customer via WhatsApp or something to keep them updated about the driver details. I had to reach out to Vexere’s customer care for the details.

The driver was friendly and enthusiastic, and the ride was comfortable.

I intended to take a short nap on the bus, but unexpectedly slept all the way to my destination. When I woke up, I was already in Pu Luong, unharmed, and all my luggage was intact. The service was incredibly reliable, the bus was clean and comfortable, and the pick-up and drop-off arrangements were very convenient, making the trip extremely easy. 5 stars without a doubt. The price was reasonable, and the experience was excellent. I will continue to support and recommend this service to my friends when needed.
